Back to the beginning

Well, it's been over a year and three months since I posted on here. When one scrolls through the posts on this blog, they will be able to see the changes in doctrine and thought in my Christian journey. I leave those posts up for my own view into how I thought back in the day and for those who, by some chance, still frequent my blog from the beginning of it.

When I started this blog in 2015, under the name "United We Fall, Divided We Stand," blogs were all the rage, and the internet was the wild west. Almost 10 years later, things have drastically changed. There was a group of Christian I used to frequent at that time, most notably the Galatians 4 blog by Bible Believer. In fact, it was the Galatians 4 blog that inspired me to start this one.

I remember constantly checking Bible Believer's Galatians blog so I can read her latest blog post. There were other good blogs such as News 4 the Masses, Liberty to the Captives, Another Voice, and a few others. Just about all of them are gone or inactive, with the exception being "Another Voice."

Sadly, the woman who ran the Galatians 4 blog (Bible Believer) deconverted and gave up the faith. I remember her last several posts were very black-pilling and disheartening. She seemed like she was despondent and then suddenly announced she was ending her blog. Other people noticed that the last few months of her blog went in a bizarre direction. This was around 2016, if I remember correctly.

Just a few years ago, I reached out to her via email, and she let me know that she was no longer a bible believer. It was sad to hear, but I also understood that all the evil in the world can take its toll on people, including Christians.

All these blogs from that time period were cogs in the wheel of the Christian truther online community that were exposing the New World Order. In fact, that was the initial focus of this blog, exposing the NWO.

Pretty quickly, my blog went from exposing the New World Order to more of a doctrinal focus. After giving it some thought, I have decided to dedicate more time to this blog and return it to its original intent, from a Christian perspective, of course. I have also changed the name back to "United We Fall, Divided We Stand" after it was "Kingdom of Jehoshua Messiah" for several years.

Not only will this blog be done from a Christian perspective but also a patriotic one. This is different from most Christians who are truthers, especially at the time I started this blog.

Conventional wisdom in much of Christianity in the West is that nothing can be done to stop this New World Order, and only Jesus' return will fix things. I used to have that view. However, I no longer do, and I truly believe that we can do something about our nations. The modern Christian largely rejects patriotism, but this wasn't  always the case.

In fact, I believe it is only Christians that can return our nation to the great country it once was. Like it or not, our country was founded on Christianity. Just read all the original State constitutions. We had prayer in school,  the bible taught in school, the 10 commandments posted in courthouses, and people swearing on bibles before testifying at court. This definitely was a Christian nation.

Therefore, I will not only expose the New World Order and its plans but also offer solutions as the black-pilled mentality of just complaining and exposing them, but doing nothing about it has been devastating for our nation and culture. I believe this is precisely what the perpetrators of the New World Order want, a Christian population that is just sitting on its hands waiting for Jesus to fix everything.

So welcome to the rebranding of the blog to its original name, and please feel free to engage in the comment section. And just know this, we are going to win our country back to the Kingship of Christ as our children and grandchildren depend on it.

The Mark of the beast

There is a lot of sensationalism out there about the mark of the beast, everything from computer chips to vaccines has been posited as the mark. We have to remember that our truth comes from the Testimony of Jehoshua Messiah, which is the Spirit of Prophecy not newspaper articles nor from conspiracy theories.

Rev 13:16  And he causeth all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free and the bond, that there be given them a mark on their right hand, or upon their forehead;

Rev 13:17  and that no man should be able to buy or to sell, save he that hath the mark, even the name of the beast or the number of his name.

Most Christians in the West believe that the mark of the beast is a physical mark, however when we see that the seal of God is a spiritual seal then that means the mark of the beast is also spiritual.

Rev 7:2  And I saw another angel ascend from the sunrising, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a great voice to the four angels to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,

Rev 7:3  saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we shall have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.

This is the sealing of the 144,000 and the great multitude. The 144,000 were likely the first century 12 tribes of Israel. The great multitude are the nations that came out of Ephraim, which is basically any Christian that believes that Jehoshua is God's only begotten Son.

Like the mark of the beast, the seal of Jehovah God goes on the forehead. Let's look at what scripture says the seal of God is:

Rev 14:1  And I saw, and behold, the Lamb standing on the mount Zion, and with him a hundred and forty and four thousand, having his name, and the name of his Father, written on their foreheads.

This scene is after the second advent of the Son of God and it is the heavenly Zion that the 144,000 and the great multitude stand on (Hebrews 12; Revelation 21). The seal of God is the name of the Son and his Father. This is very revealing in terms of the identity of Jehoshua and the importance of having that identity right.

This verse proves that the seal of God is the Father-Son relationship between Jehovah God and His only begotten Son, Jehoshua Messiah. This Father-Son relationship is rooted in the Davidic covenant (2nd Samuel 7:14). It also has it's roots in the Adamic covenant.

The implication here is that one must believe that the Father-Son relationship between Jehovah and Jehoshua is literal. A metaphorical or symbolic Sonship is a perversion of the truth and as the apostle John said, no lie is of the truth. Oneness/modalism and the Evangelical Trinity fail the seal of God test.

Rev 14:4  These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.

Rev 14:5  And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.

The 144,000 follow the Lamb wherever he goes, meaning they obey his teachings and follow his example. They were not defiled with women. In bible prophecy, a woman often represents a church. The 144,000/great multitude did/do not defile themselves with false churches. This means they have no fellowship with false churches. In the context of verse 1, this means they do not fellowship with churches that deny the literal Father-Son relationship of Jehovah God and Jehoshua Messiah.

One of the most important if not the most important characteristics of the 144,000/great multitude is that they have no guile. This means they are trustworthy, straight forward and noble in character. What is key about this concept of them having no guile, in terms of this study, is what is said about Nathanael back in John chapter 1 by Jehoshua:

Joh 1:47  Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and saith of him, Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!

Joh 1:48  Nathanael saith unto him, Whence knowest thou me? Jesus answered and said unto him, Before Philip called thee, when thou wast under the fig tree, I saw thee.

Joh 1:49  Nathanael answered him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God; thou art King of Israel.

Jehoshua told Nathanael that he was an Israelite without guile and two verses later Nathanael confessed to Jehoshua that he was the Son of God and King of Israel. Nathanael confesses this as a present reality not a future promise. Remember, the 144,000/great multitude also have no guile in them and they overcome the mark, number and name of the beast.

The 144,000/great multitude have the seal of God, which is the Father's name and the Son's name. The Davidic covenant is the root of the Father-Son relationship between Jehovah and Jehoshua (2nd Samuel 7:14; Psalm 2:7). To have this seal means that they had/have faith that Jehoshua is the truly and literally Jehovah's only begotten Son. That Sonship is inherently connected and rooted in his Kingship.

This shows that the seal of God is the faith that Jehoshua is our now reigning Davidic King of Israel, just as the Israelite without guile, Nathanael confessed. One can rightly say, that the Davidic covenant is the seal of Jehovah God. This then highlights what the mark of the beast is. The mark of the beast is the denial of Jehoshua currently reigning on the throne of David as well as denying his literal Sonship.

What's a blessing is that there is no need for wild conspiracies of what the mark of the beast is, as scripture shows us clearly what it is when we divide the word of truth rightly. John, who penned the revelation verifies this in his epistle concerning what the mark of the beast is:

1Jn 2:22  Who is the liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, even he that denieth the Father and the Son.

1Jn 2:23  Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that confesseth the Son hath the Father also.

All Christians know that the mark of the beast comes from the antichrist and what makes someone antichrist? It's denying Jehoshua is the Messiah and the Son of God, both of which are Kingship titles. The royal seed of David is referred to as the Messiah (anointed) in the old testament.

John says that those who deny that Jehoshua is the Messiah and Son of God are antichrist and the mark of the beast comes from the antichrist. Remember, many people in this world give lip service to believing or liking Jehoshua but Paul warned of other "Jehoshua's":

2Co 11:4  For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we did not preach, or if ye receive a different spirit, which ye did not receive, or a different gospel, which ye did not accept, ye do well to bear with him.

Which Jehoshua did Paul and the other apostles preach? The Jehoshua that is the Son of God (Romans 1:1-4) and currently sits on the throne of David as King (Acts 13:32-34). To have the right Jehoshua, one must believe, have faith in and preach that he is the Son of God and King of Israel. To be King of Israel means he must currently be reigning from the throne of David.

The future antichrist ruler will claim those titles for himself, Son of God and King of Israel. This is according to scripture and the early church fathers. He will rule from earthly Jerusalem as a benevolent world leader, initiating a supposed 1,000 year reign of peace.

It's noteworthy that Jehoshua's last words in the book of Revelation and all of scripture are regarding his Davidic lineage:

Rev 22:16  I Jehoshua have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things for the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, the bright, the morning star.

Jehoshua reiterates his Davidic Kingship at the end of the vision, very likely as a reminder to the brethren so as not to be deceived by the antichrist. He acknowledges his lineage from the holy vine of David and uses the star language to denote his Kingship. The prophesied Israelite King (Jehoshua) was called the star in Numbers 24:17, the sun of righteousness in Malachi 4 as the sun is a star. Jehoshua is called the day star in 2 Peter 1 and the morning star in Revelation 2:28.

By Jehoshua declaring his Davidic Kingship at the end of the Revelation it supports that the Davidic covenant plays an integral role in the latter times controversy, of which the mark of the beast is an important component. Paul says that the Davidic covenant is his gospel (2 Timothy 2:8). It must also be our gospel as Paul says to imitate him as he imitated the Messiah.

By holding firmly to the truth of the apostles that Jehoshua ascended to the throne of David at his resurrection and ascension, we will be prevented from being decieved by the antichrist as he will claim to be a Davidic King.

1Jn 4:2  Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:

1Jn 4:3  and every spirit that confesseth not Jesus is not of God: and this is the spirit of the antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it cometh; and now it is in the world already.

The spirit of antichrist denies that Jehoshua came in the flesh, whereas the Spirit of Jehovah God confesses that he came in the flesh. What does it mean for Jehoshua to come in the flesh?

Rom 1:1  Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,

Rom 1:2  which he promised afore through his prophets in the holy scriptures,

Rom 1:3  concerning his Son, who was born of the seed of David according to the flesh,

Coming in the flesh refers to Jehoshua being born of the seed of David, showing that he is literally of the seed of David. This is the main requirement for Jehoshua to be Jehovah's Messiah. To deny this is to have the spirit of antichrist. It is the antichrist which brings the mark of the beast. To deny that Jehoshua came in the flesh of David is to deny his Davidic Kingship. You might say "while don't all Christians admit Jesus is literally of the seed of David?". That is not enough to have the Spirit of Jehovah:

1Co 12:3  Wherefore I make known unto you, that no man speaking in the Spirit of God saith, Jesus is anathema; and no man can say, Jesus is Lord, but in the Holy Spirit.

The proof that someone has the Holy Spirit (Spirit of Jehovah) is that they confess that Jehoshua is Lord (King). Contrary to most of Christensom the title "Lord" when applied to Jehoshua doesn't mean "Jehovah" but rather it refers to the "Lord" of Psalm 110:1, which is the prophesied eschatological Davidic King:

Psa 110:1  A Psalm of David. Jehovah saith unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, Until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

Jehovah is the Father and the Lord is His Son, Jehoshua. This is both a Davidic Kingship passage as well as a Father-Son passage. Remember, the name of the Father and Son is written on the forehead of the 144,000/great multitude and it's their names that are the seal of God.

To overcome the beast you must have no guile just like the 144,000/great multitude and to have no guile you must be like Nathanael and confess the present Israelite/Davidic Kingship of Jehoshua. To deny that Jehoshua presently sits on the throne of David is to deny the testimony of Jehoshua, which is the spirit of prophecy. If the mark of the beast is the opposite of the seal of God then this means the denial of this present truth (Jehoshua's Davidic Kingship) is the mark of the beast.

A New Israel

Modern Christians, mostly in the West, cry out "antisemitism" at the thought that a New Israel was created at Jesus first advent, however scripture shows us that a New Israel was indeed formed.

In the ancient world, when a new King and Kingdom was established it was described as the forming of a cosmos, which helps us understand many passages in the new testament concerning Jehoshua being the creator of such. This Kingdom cosmos is the New Israel, which is a spiritual Kingdom not a geo-political one.

Let's go to the very beginning of the forming of this new cosmos:

Mat 2:1  Now when Jehoshua was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, Wise-men from the east came to Jerusalem, saying,

Mat 2:2  Where is he that is born King of the Judahites? for we saw his star in the east, and are come to worship him.

Herod was of the line of Esau, an Edomite, and therefore was a false claimant to the throne of Israel. The throne of Israel was to be sat on by a royal offspring of David. Obviously, scripture shows that Jehoshua is of the royal seed of David.

The wise men of the east knew the star prophecy of Balaam:

Num 24:17  I see him, but not now; I behold him, but not nigh: There shall come forth a star out of Jacob, And a sceptre shall rise out of Israel, And shall smite through the corners of Moab, And break down all the sons of tumult.

The birth of Jehoshua fulfilled the star prophecy given by Balaam. Jehoshua was the star that came forth out of Jacob and the sceptre of Israel as Judah was given the Kingship by his father, Jacob Israel. This is why Jehoshua, throughout the new testament, is called the day star and the bright and morning star. This language shows that the Davidic King is the light of Israel, or light of the world.

Notice that the wise men of the east already believe and claim that Jehoshua is the King of the Judahites at his birth. This shows also that Jehoshua was the Son of God from birth and not just at his baptism or resurrection. In fact, Jehoshua was the Son of God from his conception in the womb of Mary.

Mat 2:15  and was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt did I call my son.

The words "Out of Egypt did I call my son" were quoted by Matthew from Hosea 11:1 and refer to Exodus 4:22 when Jehovah called His firstborn Son, Israel, out of Egypt. Matthew is applying these texts as a type to Jehoshua being called out of Egypt by Jehovah as a little child to return to Israel. Jesus is being identified here as Jehovah's firstborn Son and since these texts referred to Israel as Jehovah's firstborn Son, Jesus is also being identified as Israel. Therefore Jehoshua is the new Israel, Jehovah's firstborn.

This is powerful as it shows that through Jehoshua, a new Israel was being formed. Israel is now identified strictly by those who believe that Jehoshua is Jehovah's firstborn Son as he was given the title that formerly belonged to the nation. Matthew's purpose for quoting Hosea 11:1 and Exodus 4:22 and applying it to Jehoshua when his father was called to leave Egypt and return to Israel is obvious and as already stated it's identifying Jehoshua as the new Israel.

The birth accounts of Jehoshua show that there was a small remnant of Israelites that believed that Jehoshua was the Messiah and praised Jehovah God for raising up a horn of salvation out of the house of David. These are those that John describes as being given the right to be called children of God:

Joh 1:12  But as many as received him, to them gave he the right to become children of God, even to them that believe on his name:

This verse is primarily talking about Jehoshua's Kingdom mission but it can definitely apply to those that believed he was the only begotten Son of God and King of Israel from the time Mary was given the announcement by the angel Gabriel. This means that the wise men and all those in the birth accounts of Jehoshua who believed were made sons and daughters of Jehovah God. They believed on his name, which according to John 3:16-18 is the name "only begotten Son of God".

Gal 6:14  But far be it from me to glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jehoshua Messiah, through which the world hath been crucified unto me, and I unto the world.

Gal 6:15  For neither is circumcision anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.

Gal 6:16  And as many as shall walk by this rule, peace be upon them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.

Paul says that circumcision doesn't avail anything proving that the law no longer is to be kept in the new covenant. He says that he only glories in the cross of Jehoshua Messiah as it is the cross that is the gospel not the law (circumcision). Paul is making a clear distinction between the cross and circumcision, one is the true gospel (the cross) and the other doesn't mean anything anymore (circumcision, the law).

The world has been crucified to Paul and by world he means old covenant Israel and it's worship system and law. This is how 'world' is often used by Paul in his epistles as well as in the book of Hebrews. Paul also says that he has been crucified to the world (Israel and it's Mosaic law) meaning that Jerusalem, Israel and the Torah (law of Moses) has no more significance to him. He has died to that system of worship and it is dead to him.

Verse 16 is key to our study as Paul says that whoever walks by this rule, glorying in the cross of the Messiah and not the law, are the Israel of Jehovah God. In order to belong to the Israel of Jehovah God you must preach the right gospel, which is centered on the cross. Preaching the law is a false gospel and thereby whoever preaches it is not part of the Israel of Jehovah God.

Heb 12:22  but ye are come unto mount Zion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to innumerable hosts of angels,

Heb 12:23  to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

Heb 12:24  and to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaketh better than that of Abel.

Whereas Jehovah's Kingdom in the old covenant was headquartered in earthly Jerusalem and Israel, His Kingdom in the new covenant is headquartered in the heavenly Jerusalem, which is the New Jerusalem. It's common sense that if you have a New Jerusalem then you must have a New Israel.

The author of Hebrews, Barnabas, says that unlike old covenant Israel, new covenant Israel comes to the heavenly Zion for their covenant, fellowship and worship. Old covenant Israel got their covenant for Mount Sinai and worshipped in earthly Jerusalem, which Paul equated with each other in Galatians 4.

The key verse here is 23 where Barnabas refers to the new testament church as the church of the firstborn. This designation proves that the new testament church is the New Israel as that title was given to old covenant Israel (Exodus 4:22,  Jeremiah 31:9).

The blood of Jehoshua is the atonement of the new covenant and that atonement was fulfilled once and for all according to the book of Hebrews. Those who mix the law with the new covenant are desecrating the blood of the Son of God as they deny his finished work on the cross and that his blood is the propitiation (mercyseat), thereby forever ending the Mosaic system.

I have covered Galatians 4 in another study (are Christians supposed to keep the law?), so in this study I will look at 1 Peter 2:9:

"But ye are an elect race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God's own possession, that ye may show forth the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvellous light"

This verse also proves that the new testament church is Israel as this quotation from the old testament was about Israel (Exodus 19:6) and Peter applies it to the church.

So far there are 3 apostles that teach and preach that the new testament church is Israel, which are Peter, Paul and Barnabas. The apostle John in the book of Revelation also makes the connection between the new testament church and Israel.

Rev 1:5  and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loveth us, and loosed us from our sins by his blood;

Rev 1:6  and he made us to be a kingdom, to be priests unto his God and Father; to him be the glory and the dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

By way of Jehoshua's death, burial and resurrection we (Christians) were made Kings, Queens and Priests, which again was a designation given to Israel in the old testament. Those who believe that Jehoshua is the only begotten Son are given the right to be Jehovah's children. It was Israel in the old testament that was Jehovah's children.

It was Jehoshua cleansing us with his blood and ascending to the throne of David (ruler of the kings of the earth) that inaugurated his Kingdom. Of course the Kingdom is an Israelite Kingdom (Acts 1:5-6). John reiterates this in verse 9 of Revelation chapter 1:

"I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ"

Note that John identifies himself and the brethren as being companions in the Kingdom of Jehoshua Messiah, showing that the Kingdom was a present reality in the first century. Also noteworthy is that John said that the nature of the Son of God's Kingdom is sealed by tribulation not a utopian peace.

The Kingdom of the Messiah was to be the New Davidic Kingdom, which of course is equivalent to the Kingdom of Israel :

1Ch 28:5  and of all my sons (for Jehovah hath given me many sons), he hath chosen Solomon my son to sit upon the throne of the kingdom of Jehovah over Israel.

The royal seed of David was called Messiah in the old testament, hence the Messianic Kingdom is the Davidic Kingdom and again, the Davidic Kingdom is equivalent to the Kingdom of Israel. This further proves that the church, which is the Kingdom of the Messiah, is Israel.

Rev 5:9  And they sing a new song, saying, Worthy art thou to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and didst purchase unto God with thy blood men of every tribe, and tongue, and people, and nation,

Rev 5:10  and madest them to be unto our God a kingdom and priests; and they reign upon the earth.

Again, the King and Priest designation was for Israel and here John the revelator applies it to Christians of all nations, tribes, people and tongues. This shows that Israel is no longer an ethnic people, but rather a spiritual people. These Kings Queens and Priests comprise the new testament church, which is the Israel of Jehovah God.

Also, notice that this is not a future thing as John says that the bestowment of Kingship and Priesthood relate to Jehoshua shedding his blood on the cross and the subsequent pouring out of that blood on the mercyseat of heaven. This debunks the notion that this relates to some future millennial Kingdom in earthly Jerusalem.

Verse 10 proves that the Kingdom is now and that we, as Christians, reign upon the earth now not in some future Jewish utopia. The Christian Worldview embraces struggle, the Jewish worldview hates struggle and embraces utopianism.

Mat 21:42  Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, The same was made the head of the corner; This was from the Lord, And it is marvelous in our eyes?

Mat 21:43  Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken away from you, and shall be given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.

Mat 21:44  And he that falleth on this stone shall be broken to pieces: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will scatter him as dust.

Mat 21:45  And when the chief priests and the Pharisees heard his parables, they perceived that he spake of them.

The leaders of the Jerusalem temple religion rejected the chief cornerstone, Jehoshua Messiah, showing that a New temple was being built and that they were disqualifying themselves by being a part of it.

The chief cornerstone was the prophesied Davidic King and he was being made head of the corner (temple). The Jerusalem religious and political leadership rejected the rightful King of Israel and therefore they themselves would be rejected by Jehovah God.

The rejection of the New Davidic King was foreseen by Jehovah God and it was actually His doing. However, this rejection of the King of Israel by the temple religion and political regime of Israel was marvelous in the eyes of the saints.

The Son of God Jehoshua told the Jerusalem leadership of Judah that the Kingdom would be taken from them and given to a nation that would bring forth the fruits of the Kingdom. This is where the Ephraimite birthright comes in. Judah was promised the Kingship and that is fulfilled through Jehoshua, the royal seed of David, however it was Ephraim who was promised the birthright of the Kingdom of Jehovah.

Ephraim was prophesied to bring forth a multitude of Nations (Gentiles), therefore it was Jehovah's plan for the church to be Gentile (Nations) in spirit, faith and practice. The idea that we, as the new testament church, have to return to our Hebrew/Jewish roots is absolutely Satanic. Jehovah meant His Kingdom to be Gentile (Nation) in culture.

History has proven who has brought forth the fruits of the Kingdom of Jehovah and it clearly isn't the modern day Jews. The nations of the West have fulfilled this mandate in founding and establishing Christian nations. It was the European peoples that have brought forth the fruits of Jehovah's Kingdom since the first advent of the Son of God.

Verse 44, Jehoshua is the tried and true stone of Israel, the chief cornerstone of the new temple and anyone who rejects him as King will be broken to pieces and scattered as the dust. The reference to Jehoshua as the stone in verse 44 shows that he is the present King of Israel (in that time, first century), as the title of cornerstone is from an Israelite Kingship hymn:

Psa 118:22  The stone which the builders rejected Is become the head of the corner.

This is a verse that is within the context of the bringing forth of the Israelite King to the people and Psalm 118 was quoted in John chapter 12, which was the multitudes welcoming Jehoshua as their King.

The Pharisees and the religious-political leadership of Judea knew that Jehoshua was speaking of them in that the Kingdom of Jehovah was going to be taken from them and given to another nation. This shows indeed that the new testament church replaced old covenant Israel and Judah specifically as the inheritors of the Kingdom. In other words, the church is Israel.

Jehoshua is our Sabbath

We often hear the claim in the non Sabbath keeping churches that Jehoshua is our Sabbath and this claim is made to justify them not keeping the seventh day Sabbath. Their proof for this is Hebrews chapter 4, which actually doesn't disprove or approve of new testament seventh day Sabbath keeping. There are other verses we can go to that show that we aren't to keep the seventh day Sabbath in the new covenant era.

I do believe that the mainstream churches of Christendom are right, in that the Son of God is our Sabbath, however they miss a big part of the reason that he is our Sabbath rest. I submit that the Messiah is our Sabbath rest and that the real reason he is our Sabbath is lost on most, if not all of Christianity.

Genesis 2:1-3

1 And the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. 2 And on the seventh day God finished his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. 3 And God blessed the seventh day, and hallowed it; because that in it he rested from all his work which God had created and made.

The Sabbath is a rest principle and Jehovah God memorialized the creation of His Edenic Kingdom on the seventh day of that creation. The Sabbath is the gospel, which is rest in the finished work of the Messiah, the new Davidic King. Jehoshua is the last (second) Adam, restoring the Sabbath principle to it's true meaning, which is rest and trust in Jehovah's creative works.

Relegating the Sabbath to a one day rest is the religion of rudimentary principles (Galatians 4). So-called Christians that insist on keeping the supposed seventh day Sabbath haven't begun to understand what true Sabbath keeping is.

Genesis 49:8-12

8 Judah, thee shall thy brethren praise: Thy hand shall be on the neck of thine enemies; Thy father`s sons shall bow down before thee. 9 Judah is a lion`s whelp; From the prey, my son, thou art gone up: He stooped down, he couched as a lion, And as a lioness; who shall rouse him up? 10 The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, Nor the ruler`s staff from between his feet, Until Shiloh come: And unto him shall the obedience of the peoples be. 11 Binding his foal unto the vine, And his ass`s colt unto the choice vine; He hath washed his garments in wine, And his vesture in the blood of grapes: 12 His eyes shall be red with wine, And his teeth white with milk.

The above passage is a prophetic word given to Judah, the son of Jacob Israel. Out of all the sons of Jacob, Judah was given the scepter of Kingship. Judah and his royal offspring would be warrior Kings who would violently dominate their enemies. They would stain their garments with the blood (wine) of their enemies. The peoples (families of Israel) would be required to obey the Judahite King. Judah was promised an eternal dynasty until Shiloh come.

Shiloh means place of rest and tranquility. It's where the ark of Jehovah's covenant dwelt. The ark of the covenant is where Jehovah's presence would dwell. The ark of the covenant was the visible symbol of Jehovah's presence.

1 Samuel 7:1-2

1 And the men of Kiriath-jearim came, and fetched up the ark of Jehovah, and brought it into the house of Abinadab in the hill, and sanctified Eleazar his son to keep the ark of Jehovah. 2 And it came to pass, from the day that the ark abode in Kiriath-jearim, that the time was long; for it was twenty years: and all the house of Israel lamented after Jehovah.

Notice that Israel lamented after Jehovah due to the ark being taken to be kept in the house of Abinadab, showing that they viewed the ark as being where Jehovah's presence was. The phrase "ark of Jehovah" can also be understood as, "called by the name, the name of Jehovah of hosts". The ark was Jehovah's visible presence on the earth.

Joshua 6:6-8

6 And Joshua the son of Nun called the priests, and said unto them, Take up the ark of the covenant, and let seven priests bear seven trumpets of rams` horns before the ark of Jehovah. .7 And they said unto the people, Pass on, and compass the city, and let the armed men pass on before the ark of Jehovah. 8 And it was so, that, when Joshua had spoken unto the people, the seven priests bearing the seven trumpets of rams` horns before Jehovah passed on, and blew the trumpets: and the ark of the covenant of Jehovah followed them.

The ark of the covenant of Jehovah following Israel (verse 7) was equivalent to Jehovah God Himself following Israel (verse 8) and the name "Jehovah" was used interchangeably with the "ark of the covenant of Jehovah" in that same verse.

I am making this point to denote that if the Davidic King was Shiloh i.e. the place of tranquility where the ark of Jehovah rested, then this means that the Davidic King was everything the ark of the covenant was.

Jeremiah 3:16-18

16 And it shall come to pass, when ye are multiplied and increased in the land, in those days, saith Jehovah, they shall say no more, The ark of the covenant of Jehovah; neither shall it come to mind; neither shall they remember it; neither shall they miss it; neither shall it be made any more. 17 At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of Jehovah; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of Jehovah, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the stubbornness of their evil heart. 18 In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel, and they shall come together out of the land of the north to the land that I gave for an inheritance unto your fathers.

In verse 16 Jeremiah prophesies that the ark of the covenant would no longer be with Israel and the prophet says they wouldn't even miss it or remember it. In fact, once it was gone it would never be remade. What do we see in modern day Christendom? People pining for a new physical temple and a new ark of the covenant. This is the height of a rebellious wicked spirit of witchcraft. You also have sensationalistic falsehoods like Ron Wyatt supposedly finding the ark of the covenant. The so-called Christians that believe this are either ignorant of the above passage or simply don't care what it says.

In verse 17, Jeremiah says that it would be the throne of Jehovah that would replace the ark of the covenant. We know that the throne of Jehovah God is the throne of David:

1 Chronicles 29:23

"Then Solomon sat on the throne of Jehovah as king instead of David his father, and prospered; and all Israel obeyed him"

The throne of David was equivalent to the throne of Jehovah. The Davidic King sat on the throne of Jehovah God. This is why the Davidic King could rightly be called God:

Psalm 45:6-7

6 Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: A sceptre of equity is the sceptre of thy kingdom. 7 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated wickedness: Therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee With the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

Jehovah calls the Davidic King God because the throne that the King sits on is the throne of Jehovah. The Davidic King was prophesied to replace the ark of the covenant as the visible presence of Jehovah God. Jehoshua was the ultimate fulfillment of Psalm 45, but this coronation hymn applied to all the Davidic Kings.

The ark of the covenant existed during the old covenant Davidic monarchy, but departed forever from Israel when Babylon destroyed the temple. This was at the exact time the Davidic monarchy of the old covenant ended. This is what Jeremiah alluded to in chapter 3 of that prophecy. The ark would never return to Israel, however the Davidic throne absolutely would.

Remember, the ark of the covenant dwelt in Shiloh for 369 years in Samaria and this is where the presence of Jehovah was in Israel. Again, the meaning of Shiloh is "place of rest, tranquility, to whom he belongs". Sabbath means "rest" as well. The ark of Jehovah's covenant was a type of Sabbath for the people of Israel. It's where Jehovah was and He was/is Israel's rock.

Isaiah 11:10

"And it shall come to pass in that day, that the root of Jesse, that standeth for an ensign of the peoples, unto him shall the nations seek; and his resting-place shall be glorious"

"That day" that Isaiah is referring to the first advent of the Messiah, who would be the root (stem, branch) of Jesse. Jesse was the father of David as the Messiah had to be from the fruit of David's loins (Psalm 132:11). The Davidic Messiah would be an ensign (banner) of the families of Israel (peoples). The context of Isaiah 11 is the reuniting of the 12 tribes of Israel. All throughout the prophets there is the theme of the 12 tribes of Israel reuniting under the headship of the Davidic King.

Unto the Davidic Branch, the nations (Judah and Ephraim) would seek and his resting place would be glorious. This means that the Davidic King would be the resting place of the new covenant Israel. In other words, the eschatological Davidic King would be his people's Sabbath. Shiloh was the resting place of the ark of the covenant and the future Messianic King was referred to as Shiloh in Genesis 49. This concludes that the Messiah is our rest and the Sabbath is a rest principle, hence Jehoshua is our Sabbath.

Romans 15:12

"And again, Isaiah saith, There shall be the root of Jesse, And he that ariseth to rule over the Gentiles; On him shall the Gentiles hope"

Paul applies Isaiah's prophecy to the advent of Jehoshua Messiah.

Matthew 11:27-30

27 All things have been delivered unto me of my Father: and no one knoweth the Son, save the Father; neither doth any know the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son willeth to reveal [him.] 28 Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Jehoshua, while on earth, said that the Father delivered (past tense) all things unto him. This shows, without a shadow of a doubt, that Jehoshua was already King when he walked this earth. All things that were delivered to him by the Father, were all things in heaven and earth (Matthew 28:18).

In verses 28-30, Jehoshua tells his fellow Israelites to come unto him and that he will provide them with rest (Sabbath). This fits perfectly with that Jacob prophesied about Judah, in that the ruler's staff between his feet would not depart until Shiloh (place of rest) come. This prophecy in Genesis 49 shows that the Davidic King of the last days would be the place of rest (Shiloh) for Israel.

At the time of Jehoshua's first advent, the Israelites were in spiritual darkness, having the yoke of the Mosaic law around their necks. Jehoshua noticed that they were weary and heavy laden from the demands of the law. It didn't help that the hypocrite religious leaders of Israel were making it even more intolerable for them. Remember, in Acts 14 the apostle Peter said that the law of Moses was a yoke and not to try and put that yoke on the necks of the disciples of the Son of God.

Jehoshua tells his kinsmen that his yoke is light and easy, in other words he is offering them his Sabbath rest. The Davidic King of the last days is the Sabbath of the new covenant and his Sabbath rest (resting place) is glorious because he is the prophesied Shiloh (place of rest and tranquility). Shiloh is where the ark of the covenant of Jehovah rested for 369 years and now the Son of God is both Shiloh and the ark of Jehovah God.

Romans 3:25

"whom God set forth [to be] a propitiation, through faith, in his blood, to show his righteousness because of the passing over of the sins done aforetime, in the forbearance of God"

The Greeks word for "propitiation" is "hilasterion" and means "mercyseat", therefore Jehoshua is our atonement and for the importance of this study, the ark of Jehovah God. Jehoshua, being our atonement and mercyseat (ark) is our Sabbath rest as the eschatological Davidic King was prophesied to be called "Shiloh". "Shiloh" means place of rest and tranquility and it's where the ark of Jehovah God rested for 369 years.

Psalm 80:1

"Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, Thou that leadest Joseph like a flock; Thou that sittest above the cherubim, shine forth."

Jehovah God was the Shepherd of Israel, who led Joseph, the Northern House of Israel in and out of pasture. The presence of Jehovah dwelt above the mercyseat, which was the lid of the ark of the covenant. The Cherubim sat on the mercyseat of the ark. What's awesome is that Jehoshua is referred to as the Shepherd of Israel in the new testament, and he reigns from the throne of David in the holy of holies where the mercyseat is.

Jehoshua's Kingdom mission was specific to bringing back Joseph into the fold of the commonwealth of Israel. Also, there are verses that show that by Jehoshua being in the holy of holies he radiates Jehovah's glory. This shows that Jehoshua sits above the cherubim shining forth Jehovah's glory:

John 1:18

"No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him"

The bosom of the Father is the holy of holies and according to John it's where the only begotten Son dwells, which makes sense since he is the ark of Jehovah of the new covenant.

1 Timothy 6:14-16

14 that thou keep the commandment, without spot, without reproach, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ: 15 which in its own times he shall show, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords; 16 who only hath immortality, dwelling in light unapproachable; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom [be] honor and power eternal. Amen

The Lord Jesus Christ is King of kings and Lord of lord's and is the only human being to have immortality. The light unapproachable that the Son of God dwells in is the Father's bosom, i.e. the holy of holies where Jehovah's presence is. This fits perfectly with what John says above. This further shows that Jehoshua is our ark and the ark is where Jehovah rested in Shiloh, the place of rest. In other words, Jehoshua is our Sabbath.

Acts 7:55-56

55 But he, being full of the Holy Spirit, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God, 56 and said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of Man standing on the right hand of God.

The glory of Jehovah God is the unapproachable light Paul spoke of in his epistle to Timothy. The glory of God is the Father's bosom, the holy of holies. Stephen saw Jehoshua standing on the right hand of the glory of God, the bosom of the Father in the holy of holies. Again, this shows that Jehoshua is the new ark of the covenant.

Jeremiah 30:28-30

28 Is this man Coniah a despised broken vessel? is he a vessel wherein none delighteth? wherefore are they cast out, he and his seed, and are cast into the land which they know not? 29 O earth, earth, earth, hear the word of Jehovah. 30 Thus saith Jehovah, Write ye this man childless, a man that shall not prosper in his days; for no more shall a man of his seed prosper, sitting upon the throne of David, and ruling in Judah.

The place of rest in the new covenant, where the Davidic King and ark would dwell would not be the earthly Jerusalem. The above Jeconiah curse proves this as Jehoshua is of that lineage. Hebrews 8:4 concurs that Jesus cannot be a priest upon the earth because he is not of Levi. Both the Jeconiah curse, and the fact that Jehoshua is of the order of Melchizedek shows that Jehoshua's throne is in heaven. Zechariah 6:9-15 prophesied that the last days Davidic King would also be a priest upon his throne.  Therefore if Jehoshua can't be a priest upon the earth then he certainly can't be a King on the earth.

Leviticus 16:1-2

1 And Jehovah spake unto Moses, after the death of the two sons of Aaron, when they drew near before Jehovah, and died; 2 and Jehovah said unto Moses, Speak unto Aaron thy brother, that he come not at all times into the holy place within the veil, before the mercy-seat which is upon the ark; that he die not: for I will appear in the cloud upon the mercy-seat.

Jehovah's presence was between the cherubim on the lid of the mercyseat of the ark of the covenant. Again, the ark dwelt in Shiloh, which means place of rest and tranquility. The Davidic King was prophesied to be Shiloh, therefore the Davidic King was to be Israel's rest.

The ark was eventually to be replaced by the throne of Jehovah, which is also the throne of David. Infact, Israel would not even remember or desire the ark as the Davidic King (throne of Jehovah) was to replace it. The eschatological Davidic King was to sit on the throne of Jehovah between the cherubim of the mercyseat.

Colossians 2:9

"for in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily"

Jehoshua sits on the throne of Jehovah on the lid of the ark of the covenant, where Jehovah's presence dwells. This explains the above verse that the fullness of Jehovah's Godhead dwells bodily in the Messiah.

Leviticus 16:13

"and he shall put the incense upon the fire before Jehovah, that the cloud of the incense may cover the mercy-seat that is upon the testimony, that he die not"

Jehovah would descend upon the mercyseat to appear before Israel. Of course only the high priest, once a year could go into the holy of holies.

2 Kings 19:15

"And Hezekiah prayed before Jehovah, and said, O Jehovah, the God of Israel, that sittest [above] the cherubim, thou art the God, even thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth; thou hast made heaven and earth."

Hezekiah, the Davidic King, acknowledges Jehovah as the God of all the Kingdoms of the earth and acknowledges Him as creator. Jehovah's earthly throne was on the lid of the mercyseat between the cherubim in the holy of holies. Jehoshua, Jehovah's Davidic Son, sits on the mercyseat of the ark of the covenant in the holy of holies in heaven. Jehoshua, the new Davidic King is the mercyseat (ark) of the new covenant and therefore Shiloh, the place of rest and tranquility (Sabbath).

Ezekiel 48:35

"It shall be eighteen thousand [reeds] round about: and the name of the city from that day shall be, Jehovah is there."

Jehovah Shammah (Jehovah is there) is the name of New Jerusalem. Jehovah's presence left earthly Jerusalem (Ichabod) and the ark was taken away. The city of the new covenant Israel would be New Jerusalem, where Jehovah's presence would remain forever. The New Israel's rest (Sabbath) would be in the heavenly city, thereby it would be a spiritual rest not a literal one day rest.

Jeremiah 31:1-2

1 At that time, saith Jehovah, will I be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be my people. 2 Thus saith Jehovah, The people that were left of the sword found favor in the wilderness; even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest.

All the families of Israel comprise Judah and Ephraim. There would be a remnant of Israel that would experience the rest of Jehovah after the Babylonian captivity. This rest is the Sabbath that Jehovah brought to Israel with the advent of His only begotten Son, the Davidic King of bible prophecy. the true Sabbath, as taught in the book of Hebrews, was the atonement and reconciliation that Jehoshua provided and faith in that brings one into the true new covenant Sabbath.

Jeremiah 33:15-17

15 In those days, and at that time, will I cause a Branch of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute justice and righteousness in the land. 16 In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely; and this is [the name] whereby she shall be called: Jehovah our righteousness. 17 For thus saith Jehovah: David shall never want a man to sit upon the throne of the house of Israel;

"Those days" are the last days, which scripture identifies as starting with the baptism of Jehoshua. The Branch of righteousness would be of the line of David, the holy vine of David. The new testament shows that Jehoshua is of the royal seed of David. Judah was to be saved in the days of Jehoshua's Kingdom mission, however it would only be a remnant as it always truly was. John 1:12-13 shows this as the saved of Judah would believe on the name of the only begotten Son of God.

The Jerusalem that would dwell safely would not be the earthly one as it prophesied to be destroyed by Jehoshua. The Jerusalem to dwell safely would be the New Jerusalem, as the fact that it would be named "Jehovah our righteousness" proves this as Ezekiel prophesies that the city of New Jerusalem would be called "Jehovah is there".

It's from the time that this prophecy is fulfilled that David would never want a man of his family line to sit on his throne. The house of Israel denotes the Northern tribes, showing that the Judah that shall be saved would be reunited with the Northern House of Israel (Ephraim). Jehoshua fulfilled this prophecy by ascending to the throne of David subsequent to being resurrected from the dead. The Angel Gabriel told Mary that her son would be King over the house of Jacob, showing that Jehoshua was to be King over a reunited Israel, comprised of both Judah and Ephraim. Therefore this prophecy was fulfilled at Jehoshua's first advent.

Hosea 3:5

"afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek Jehovah their God, and David their king, and shall come with fear unto Jehovah and to his goodness in the latter days."

The children of Israel that were to return to Jehovah were the dispersed of the Northern House of Israel. The new testament proves this took place during the apostolic era (Hebrews 8:8). Also, it says they would also seek David their King and the dispersed of the Northern House of Israel were reconciled back to Jehovah through their racial kinsmen, Jehoshua.

Jehoshua is the new covenant David and the prophecy of Hosea says he would be King at the time of the regathering of the children of Israel. This shows that Jehoshua was already King when he walked the earth during his first advent (John 1:49). How do we know for sure that this was already fulfilled at Jehoshua's first advent? Because Hosea said it would happen in the latter days, which scripture marks as beginning when Jehoshua was baptized.

Not Of This World

 Colossians  3:1-3

1 If then ye were raised together with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated on the right hand of God. 2 Set your mind on the things that are above, not on the things that are upon the earth. 3 For ye died, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

Being raised together with the Messiah denotes our first resurrection (Revelation 20:6). This resurrection takes place when we are begotten from above by the Spirit of Jehovah and baptized in water in the name of the Son of God. Because we are now raised with the Messiah we are to have our mind set on the things above in heaven and not on the things of the earth.

Paul refers to Psalm 110 in this passage, which is a Davidic covenant fulfillment text, which shows and proves that Jehoshua sat on the throne of David when he resurrected and ascended into heaven. Jehoshua being the now reigning Davidic King in heaven is precisely why we are to be heavenly minded and not earthly minded. What does this mean?

Most Christians have a false understanding of what it means to not be earthly or worldly as they reduce this concept to watching movies, sports, listening to music and dress. This false understanding has led to ridiculous legalistic attitudes among many Christians and church denominations.

In verse 3, Paul says that we, as resurrected saints, have died and that we are now hid in the Messiah. This death is spiritual, in that we have put to death the old man and his earthly nature. The life we have now in Messiah is a spiritual begetting into his character and we now have a heavenly nature.

What does Paul identify as the earthly things that we are not to have our mind set on?

Colossians 3:5-6

5 Put to death therefore your members which are upon the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry; 6 for which things` sake cometh the wrath of God upon the sons of disobedience:

The modern Christian thinks of being of the world as very superficial tripe things and rarely ever mentions the things that Paul mentions in the above passage. The earthly things that Paul says we are not have our minds set upon (verse 3) are listed in verse 5, which are fornication (Sodomy, Adultery, incest and beastiality), uncleanness (moral filth), passion, evil desire and covetousness, which is idolatry.

Notice that Paul doesn't mention the NFL, NBA or NHL but he says the things of the earth are behaviors. Being earthly has to do with bad moral character, which of course produces bad moral behavior. This is what being of the world really means. This is what Jehoshua talked about, which is to call him Lord (King) but not doing as he says:

Luke 6:46

"And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?"

It is not enough to profess belief in Jehoshua as Lord, but you must obey him to truly be his follower. To truly believe that Jehoshua is Lord is to have your mind set on his heavenly Kingdom, where he sits on the throne of David at Jehovah's right hand. Paul uses the Davidic Kingship Psalm (110) to exhort the brethren to put their mind on Heavenly things and not on earthly things. It's Jehoshua's Davidic Kingship that should inspire us to obey him and put away those earthly things.

Paul is not so concerned about whether we watch NFL football on Sundays, but rather he cares that we put to death those sins mentioned in verse 5 of Colossians. The apostle Paul cares far more about our moral values and living according to them than any modern concept of what it means to be of the world.

The deception is that modern Christians use the superficial interpretation of not being of this world to avoid the demand for moral excellence outlined in the above passage. This moral excellence means abstaining from many of the sins that are tolerated and/or accepted in today's churches.

Let's start with the sin of fornication, which is another false doctrine of the church. When I say false doctrine I mean a false interpretation of what fornication is. This is especially important in the modern day since the churches of Christendom are increasingly accepting Sodomy as an okay practice, as long as it is monogamous and between so-called "married" couples.

Fornication includes all of the sexual sins listed in Leviticus 18, most notably Sodomy. Yet this sin, which Paul equates to being earthly and worldly, is what the churches are increasingly accepting.

Covetousness is the other sin, which Paul describes as earthly/worldly, that the churches of Christendom practice and even encourage. To speak against covetousness in the church will make you a pariah.

The Institutional church system actively promotes the sins of fornication and covetousness, yet will have the nerve to say they are "not of this world". Paul says those sins are the very definition of being earthly or worldly.

1 John 2:15-17

15.Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16.For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the vain glory of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

John the apostle agrees with Paul's concept of what it means to be of the world (earthly), as he identifies being of the world as the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life. This is what it means to not the love the world, which is to abstain from the lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes and the pride of life. Not loving the world has nothing to do with not watching movies, sports or listening to music, as that's the modern Christian understanding.

The Modern Christian false understanding of not being of this world has led to ridiculous amounts of legalism about things that have no bearing on our walk with Jehoshua and our salvation. It is also a cheap substitute for truly not being of this world, which is to sin not and to live righteously. The churches of Christendom actually teach that you cannot overcome sin and that sinning doesn't make you worldly, yet watching NFL football on Sunday does.

The lust of the flesh and lust of the eyes are the same sins that Paul is talking about in Colossians chapter 3, fornication and covetousness. The lust of the eyes denotes the desire for those things and the lust of the flesh is the fulfillment of those desires. The pride of life is man's attempt for fame and notoriety, which means a sacrifice of morals.

Colossians 3:8

"but now do ye also put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, railing, shameful speaking out of your mouth"

The above attributes are members of the earth that we are to put to death and put away. This is done when we are begotten from above by the Spirit of Jehovah God and then subsequently baptized in the name of His Son. A true begotten from above experience will result in the death of our formerly earthly members. The things of the earth that we are no longer to do have nothing to do with our entertainment consumption, but rather our moral virtues and character.

Being of the world has to do with the practice of sin and the definition of sin is very specific, which in shorthand is fornication, covetousness and uncleanness.  Again, being of the world has nothing to do with watching the latest movie or cheering on your favorite sports team.

Ephesians 5:5-7

5 For this ye know of a surety, that no fornicator, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. 6 Let no man deceive you with empty words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the sons of disobedience. 7 Be not ye therefore partakers with them.

A Christian will not be judged at the last day for his football fandom or the fact that he watched Top Gun, but he will be judged according to whether or not he practiced any of the above worldly/earthly sins once converted. Again, being of the world from a biblical standpoint is practicing fornication, being a covetous person which is being an idolater. Also, being unclean will keep you out of the Kingdom. Uncleanness means soft and luxurious living. Paul says that of a surety, no one who practices these things has any inheritance in the Kingdom of the Messiah and God.

It's almost as if Paul knew exactly what the state of so-called Christianity would be when he wrote this, because he says to let know one deceive you with empty words, obviously meaning that there would be those who would say that you can practice those things and inherit the Kingdom. Not only will they not have the inheritance in the eternal Kingdom (future), but they don't have any inheritance in the militant Kingdom (present).

Rather than being saved in sin, Paul says that the practice of these earthly/worldly sins is what causes Jehovah's wrath to pour out on the sons of disobedience. Notice that Paul doesn't call them brethren but says they are children of disobedience, meaning they are children of Satan. Finally, Paul says not to be partakers with them, that means no fellowship with them whatsoever.

The Ten Words

"Thou art my son; This day have I begotten thee"

The above ten words are what saves us as new covenant Israelites. When so-called Christians and Messianics talk about the ten words, they are usually referring to the 10 commandments. They say we are to live by these ten words for salvation. However, this is not true as the new testament clearly shows. The ten words that we are to live by in the new covenant are the very ones quoted above. They come from Psalm 2:7. We can actually prove from scripture that Psalm 2:7 is the commandment that save us in the new covenant:

1 John 3:23-24

23 And this is his commandment, that we should believe in the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, even as he gave us commandment. 24 And he that keepeth his commandments abideth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he gave us.

The commandment that Jehovah has given His people in the new covenant is to be believe on the name of His Son, Jehoshua Messiah. The commandments of Jehovah God in the new testament are not the 10 commandments, but rather they are the 10 words of Psalm 2:7. We see this concept elsewhere regarding believing on the name of the Son of God to be saved:

John 3:16-18

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life. 17 For God sent not the Son into the world to judge the world; but that the world should be saved through him. 18 He that believeth on him is not judged: he that believeth not hath been judged already, because he hath not believed on the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Jehovah God sent His only begotten Son, Jehoshua, to the world (Israel). Whosoever, Israelite or Gentile, would be saved by believing on the Son of God. Keep in mind, there are other "Jehoshua's" that Paul warns against, so the "Jehoshua' we must believe on is the one who is Jehovah's only begotten Son.

Verse 18 of John 3:16 says that we must believe on the name of the only begotten Son of God to have eternal life. Notice, that in this verse, it doesn't say believe in Jehoshua but rather to believe on his name. That is significant because it's the name of the "only begotten Son" that we need to believe on to have eternal life. The phrase "begotten Son" or "only begotten Son" refers back to Psalm 2:7. In other words, we are required to believe in the Ten Words of Psalm 2:7 in order to be saved.

1 John 4:8-9

8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. 9 Herein was the love of God manifested in us, that God hath sent his only begotten Son into the world that we might live through him.

The majority of the so-called Church doesn't know the love of Jehovah God. Why is this? Because they deny that Jehoshua is the literal only begotten Son of Jehovah God and that he was sent by Jehovah God to be the ransom sacrifice for the world.

1 John 4:15

"Whosoever shall confess that Jehoshua is the Son of God, God abideth in him, and he in God."

Those who confess that Jehoshua is the Son of God have the indwelling Jehovah in them. The distinction between the title 'Son of God" and "God the Son" is vital in terms of who Jehoshua is in identity.

The phrase "God the Son" is not found in scripture, whereas "Son of God" is absolutely found in scripture and has prophetic significance. That prophetic significance is found in Psalm 2:7, i.e. the Ten Words.

1John 5:1

"Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is begotten of God: and whosoever loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him."

What does it mean for Jesus to be the "Christ"? Most Christians have made this title into a generic one, whereas scripture identifies it as being of the royal seed of David. In other words, it's a title of Kingship. The very chapter that the Ten Words are located in proves this point;

Psalm 2:1-2

1 Why do the nations rage, And the peoples meditate a vain thing? 2 The kings of the earth set themselves, And the rulers take counsel together, Against Jehovah, and against his anointed, saying

The anointed mentioned in verse 2 is David. Throughout the old testament, the royal seed of David is referred to as Jehovah's "anointed", which is rendered as "Christ" in the new testament.

Just as the Davidic King was Jehovah's "Christ", he was also Jehovah's begotten Son. Those who love Jehovah God also love Jesus, who was begotten by Jehovah God. Both these titles of "Christ" and "begotten Son" are rooted in the Ten Words of Psalm 2:7. Those who acknowledge Jesus as the Davidic King, now reigning, our begotten by Jehovah God.

1 John 5:5

"And who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?"

He who overcomes the world believes in the Ten Words, which is that Jehoshua is the begotten Son of Jehovah God (Psalm 2:7).

1 John 5:10-13

10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in him: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he hath not believed in the witness that God hath borne concerning his Son. 11 And the witness is this, that God gave unto us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12 He that hath the Son hath the life; he that hath not the Son of God hath not the life. 13 These things have I written unto you, that ye may know that ye have eternal life, [even] unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God.

To believe on the Son of God is a slightly different connotation than believing in him. To believe on the Son of God is to believe what that title "Son of God" means. The meaning of this title is found in Psalm 2:6-7, which shows us the that phrase "Son of God" is equated with being the Davidic King of Israel. We must believe on the name (identity, character and authority) of the Son of God in order to have eternal life.

It's the name "Son of God" that's important to believe on and not the pronunciation of the actual name of the Son. A "name" in the Israelite culture represents the identity, character and authority of a person. The name "only begotten Son of God" in identity is that one is truly Jehovah's Son. The authority of that name is in the Royal Davidic Kingship that the "name" represents. It's also to believe it in the righteous character of the begotten King.

1 John 5:20-21

20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, [even] in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life. 21 [My] little children, guard yourselves from idols

The apostles believed that Jehoshua was the Son of God not God. Jehoshua came to reveal the character of his Father, Jehovah God. John the apostle identifies Jehovah as  the true God and that we as Israelites are in covenant with Him. By being in covenant with Jehovah God, we thereby are in covenant with His Son, Jehoshua Messiah.

The identity of Jehoshua is crucial to having  the right doctrine and being in the right covenant. Identifying Jehoshua as God instead of the Son of God prevents you from entering into the new covenant and also makes you an idolater. Jehoshua's Sonship is rooted in the Ten Words of Psalm 2:7.

Jezebel got hers

Jezebel was the ultimate example of a rebellious woman and she is a cautionary tale for any woman who thinks she can rebel against Jehovah God and get away with it. Also, she was a persecution or Jehovah's people. Jehovah doesn't take kindly to those who trouble His saints:

2nd Thessalonians 1:6

"if so be that it is righteous thing with God to recompense affliction to them that afflict you"

Jehovah's character hasn't changed, He will afflict those who bring trouble to his saints in the new covenant era as he did in the old testament times. Many modern Christians forget this and paint a false portrait of Jehovah's character.

Jezebel was known for persecuting Jehovah's prophets and used her weak husband to push her agenda. Even though Jezebel is long dead, her spirit lives on:

Revelation 2:20-23

20 But I have [this] against thee, that thou sufferest the woman Jezebel, who calleth herself a prophetess; and she teacheth and seduceth my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed to idols. 21 And I gave her time that she should repent; and she willeth not to repent of her fornication. 22 Behold, I cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of her works. 23 And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he that searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto each one of you according to your works.

Jehoshua is rebuking the church at Thyatira for putting up the false prophetess Jezebel. Obviously, the Jezebel of the old testament had long since been dead so the Son of God is describing a female false prophet/s that is/are operating in the same spirit. What was the doctrine of Jezebel? Seducing Jehoshua's servants into eating meat sacrificed to idols and committing fornication (Leviticus 18 sexual sins).

Don't we see this today in the modern church system? Yes, there are a myriad of female pastors and prophets that are teaching so called Christians that sinful practices are okay. These women also come against any true followers of the Messiah who expose them, just like their spiritual mother Jezebel did to the prophets of old.

Just as old testament Jezebel got hers in the end, these new testament Jezebels will get theirs. In verse 22, Jehoshua says that he will cast Jezebel into a sick bed and those who commit adultery with her will be put in great tribulation. This is not only a warning to the Jezebel false prophets, but those who hearken to them will also suffer the wrath of the Son of God. This fits perfectly with Ezekiel 14. In fact, Jehoshua says he will kill Jezebel's children with death. This will be at his second Advent and also the casting into the lake of fire.

Contrary to the modern church system, Jehoshua says that we will be rewarded according to our works and those who follow false teachers will suffer the same judgment as them. The book of Jude says what the reward of false prophets is:

Jude 13

"Wild waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, for whom the blackness of darkness hath been reserved forever"

The blackness of darkness forever refers to the lake of fire and that's where false prophets have been ordained to go come judgment day. This is where Jehoshua will send anyone who hearkens unto these Jezebels.

1 Kings 16:30-31

30 And Ahab the son of Omri did that which was evil in the sight of Jehovah above all that were before him. 31 And it came to pass, as if it had been a light thing for him to walk in the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, that he took to wife Jezebel the daughter of Ethbaal king of the Sidonians, and went and served Baal, and worshipped him.

Ahab, the King of Israel, married Jezebel, who was a foreigner. She caused him to worship and serve Baal. In fact, due to the influence of Jezebel, Ahab did the most evil of all the Kings of Israel or Judah for that matter.

This shows how easily it is for a female false prophet/teacher to influence men to disobey God.

1 Kings 18:3-4

3 And Ahab called Obadiah, who was over the household. (Now Obadiah feared Jehovah greatly: 4 for it was so, when Jezebel cut off the prophets of Jehovah, that Obadiah took a hundred prophets, and hid them by fifty in a cave, and fed them with bread and water.)

Jezebel kicked the prophets of Jehovah out of the land, meaning she excommunicated them from the house of Israel. She was a persecutor of Jehovah's real prophets. Those who fear Jehovah, like Obadiah, will ignore the command of Jezebels and bless Jehovah's true prophets.

1 Kings 18:13

"Was it not told my lord what I did when Jezebel slew the prophets of Jehovah, how I hid a hundred men of Jehovah`s prophets by fifty in a cave, and fed them with bread and water?"

Here Obadiah tells Elijah that he hid and fed the prophets that Jezebel expelled from the house of Israel. Jezebel also killed many of the prophets.

1 Kings 18:17

17 And it came to pass, when Ahab saw Elijah, that Ahab said unto him, Is it thou, thou troubler of Israel? 18 And he answered, I have not troubled Israel; but thou, and thy father`s house, in that ye have forsaken the commandments of Jehovah, and thou hast followed the Baalim.

Those who expose and reject the female Jezebel prophets, will be looked at as trouble makers by the mainstream church. Elijah makes it clear to Ahab, that it is actually he (Ahab) that is troubling Israel by breaking Jehovah's commandments. Ahab, was breaking Jehovah's commandments, by allowing his wife Jezebel to cause him to worship Baalim and also persecuting Jehovah's prophets.

1 Kings 19:1-2

1 And Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah had done, and withal how he had slain all the prophets with the sword. 2 Then Jezebel send a messenger unto Elijah, saying, So let the gods do to me, and more also, if I make not thy life as the life of one of them by to-morrow about this time.

Jezebel did not back down, as she was enraged that the false prophets of the false gods were slain by Elijah. She issued a death decree against Elijah. However, her wickedness would catch up with her in a big way.

1 Kings 21:1-4

1 And it came to pass after these things, that Naboth the Jezreelite had a vineyard, which was in Jezreel, hard by the palace of Ahab king of Samaria.2 And Ahab spake unto Naboth, saying, Give me thy vineyard, that I may have it for a garden of herbs, because it is near unto my house; and I will give thee for it a better vineyard than it: or, if it seem good to thee, I will give thee the worth of it in money.3 And Naboth said to Ahab, Jehovah forbid it me, that I should give the inheritance of my fathers unto thee.4 And Ahab came into his house heavy and displeased because of the word which Naboth the Jezreelite had spoken to him; for he had said, I will not give thee the inheritance of my fathers. And he laid him down upon his bed, and turned away his face, and would eat no bread.

This would be the incident that would to Jezebel's brutal demise. Ahab, due to his greed and lust, wanted Naboth's estate. The King thought that money would satisfy Naboth, but he was wrong as Naboth valued the inheritance handed down to him from his father's. There is a lesson here for us, in that we should value the inheritance we have received in Christ from Jehovah God and not sell it out for money. There is definitely an Easy principle here. Let's be like Jacob and Naboth and not Easu.

Ahab, like the true beta male that he was, got all melancholy over his inability to convince Naboth to sell his vineyard. He was so despondent over not getting what he wanted that he sulked and refused to eat.

1 Kings 21:5-7

5 But Jezebel his wife came to him, and said unto him, Why is thy spirit so sad, that thou eatest no bread?6 And he said unto her, Because I spake unto Naboth the Jezreelite, and said unto him, Give me thy vineyard for money; or else, if it please thee, I will give thee [another] vineyard for it: and he answered, I will not give thee my vineyard.7 And Jezebel his wife said unto him, Dost thou now govern the kingdom of Israel? arise, and eat bread, and let thy heart be merry: I will give thee the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite .

Jezebel stirred up Ahab to not take rejection from Naboth, concerning the latter's estate. Instead of telling Ahab what he needed to hear, Jezebel appealed to his machismo. What Ahab needed to hear was that it was okay, and that Naboth had a right to decide whether or not to sell his inheritance. Jezebel manipulated Ahab and she herself took command of the situation.

1 Kings 21:8-11

8 So she wrote letters in Ahab`s name, and sealed them with his seal, and sent the letters unto the elders and to the nobles that were in his city, [and] that dwelt with Naboth.9 And she wrote in the letters, saying, Proclaim a fast, and set Naboth on high among the people.10 and set two men, base fellows, before him, and let them bear witness against him, saying, Thou didst curse God and the king. And then carry him out, and stone him to death. 11 And the men of his city, even the elders and the nobles who dwelt in his city, did as Jezebel had sent unto them, according as it was written in the letters which she had sent unto them.

This was a deceptive plan, as Jezebel was setting up Naboth to be killed in the guise of celebrating and honoring him. Jezebel was the sole architect of this evil plan to kill Naboth so that Ahab could receive his estate. Ahab was sitting by passively while his wife did all the work, show his true cowardly nature and her domineering nature.

1 Kings 21:12-13

12 They proclaimed a fast, and set Naboth on high among the people. 13 And the two men, the base fellows, came in and sat before him: and the base fellows bare witness against him, even against Naboth, in the presence of the people, saying, Naboth did curse God and the king. Then they carried him forth out of the city, and stoned him to death with stones.

Naboth got stoned to death all because he didn't want to sell his inherited family estate to King Ahab. Jezebel orchestrated the event in order to get her husband what he wanted.

1 Kings 21:14-16

14 Then they sent to Jezebel, saying, Naboth is stoned, and is dead.15 And it came to pass, when Jezebel heard that Naboth was stoned, and was dead, that Jezebel said to Ahab, Arise, take possession of the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, which he refused to give thee for money; for Naboth is not alive, but dead.16 And it came to pass, when Ahab heard that Naboth was dead, that Ahab rose up to go down to the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, to take possession of it.

Instead of being a righteous King and preventing Jezebel from doing such an evil thing, Ahab reaped the rewards of his wife's wickedness. Ahab now possessed Naboth's vineyard.

1 Kings 21:23

"And of Jezebel also spake Jehovah, saying, The dogs shall eat Jezebel by the rampart of Jezreel"

After Jehovah gave the judgement in terms of what would happen to Ahab and his descendants, He now gives a prophecy of Jezebel's demise. Her demise would be dramatic, even with dogs eating her as we shall see.

1 Kings 21:25

"(But there was none like unto Ahab, who did sell himself to do that which was evil in the sight of Jehovah, whom Jezebel his wife stirred up"

Due to the strong influence of Jezebel, Ahab was the most wicked Israelite King up unto that point and even beyond.

2nd Kings 9:30

"And when Jehu was come to Jezreel, Jezebel heard of it; and she painted her eyes, and attired her head, and looked out at the window"

Now Jehovah's prophesy against Jezebel would be fulfilled and He used the new King of Israel, Jehu to accomplish it. Jezebel got herself ready, likely to work her charm on the King.

2nd Kings 9:31-33

31 And as Jehu entered in at the gate, she said, Is it peace, thou Zimri, thy master`s murderer? 32 And he lifted up his face to the window, and said, Who is on my side? who? And there looked out to him two or three eunuchs. 33 And he said, Throw her down. So they threw her down; and some of her blood was sprinkled on the wall, and on the horses: and he trod her under foot.

Jezebel was trying to make sure that everything was all good with Jehu, however he executed Jehovah's will and had the eunuchs throw Jezebel down to her death from her balcony. Jezebel was then trodden under foot by Jehu 's horses.

2nd Kings 9:34-37

34 And when he was come in, he did eat and drink; and he said, See now to this cursed woman, and bury her; for she is a king`s daughter. 35 And they went to bury her; but they found no more of her than the skull, and the feet, and the palms of her hands. 36 Wherefore they came back, and told him. And he said, This is the word of Jehovah, which he spake by his servant Elijah the Tishbite, saying, In the portion of Jezreel shall the dogs eat the flesh of Jezebel; 37 and the body of Jezebel shall be as dung upon the face of the field in the portion of Jezreel, so that they shall not say, This is Jezebel.

Despite all the problems Jezebel caused, Jehu still wanted to give her a proper burial as she was royalty. However, the prophesy of Elijah was fulfilled, as almost nothing was left of Jezebel as she was eaten by dogs. The wicked wife of King Ahab would be as the dung of the earth and therefore unidentifiable.
