[8]Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
[9]Six days shalt thou labor, and do all thy work;
[10]but the seventh day is a sabbath unto Jehovah thy God: [in it] thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy man-servant, nor thy maid-servant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
[11]for in six days Jehovah made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore Jehovah blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
The seal of Jehovah is in the 4th commandment of the decalogue. It bears his name, title and territory. It also is a memorial of his creation work.
Name: Jehovah
Title: Creator
Territory: Heaven, Earth, Sea and all that in them is.
Jehovah hallowed the Seventh-day as a day of solemn rest and a memorial of his and Jesus creation of the world.
Psalms 33:6 [ASV]
[6]By the word of Jehovah were the heavens made, And all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.
Jehovah spoke and so the heavens and the host of them came into being. This was the work of the Father and the Son, the precious work of their creation. Jesus words are the Father's thoughts made audible. Remember Jesus is the word of Jehovah God (John 1:1).
Hebrews 11:3 [ASV]
[3]By faith we understand that the worlds have been framed by the word of God, so that what is seen hath not been made out of things which appear.
Jehovah through His Son Jesus framed the worlds. This scripture confirms that any notion of evolution or a big bang theory are false as it was God's very word that created everything.
