While Jehovah certainly used many denominations to bring the truth about Christ to the world, the glory always goes to Him not the denomination itself or the men or women in them. Many have an undying loyalty to their denomination and it is this mindset that will cause them to go down with the Titanic! Why do I say this? Because we are living in a time where most of the denominations of Christendom are participating in the worldwide ecumenical movement led by the Papacy.
While many sincere Christians are in these denominations, the men who lead them and are participating in this satanic ecumenical movement are playing the role of the judas goat. Do you know what the Judas Goat does in real life? He leads the other sheep up the ramp of the truck as they are blindly following the Judas Goat. That very truck that will deliver the sheep to their slaughter. These Judas Goats convince their sheep to put their trust in them and that they have their bests interests at heart. Instead of being Bereans these sheep put their trust in the flesh of man.
How do you know that your denomination is headed down the road to destruction?
Are they in any way working with or part of the United Nations?
Are they in any way cooperating and having unity with Rome?
Are they part of the World Council of Churches?
The above associations are dead give aways that a denomination has yoked itself with the works of darkness violating the below scripture:
Ephesians 5:11 (KJV)
11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
Many denominations seek these ungodly associations because of their desire to be accepted by the world and because of their love of the world and wanting the material benefits of being part of these organizations. What does the word say about this?
1 John 2:15 (KJV)
15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
Also, denominationalism has caused division in the body of Christ whereas in scripture we are told:
Ephesians 4:3-6 (KJV)
3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
It must be said that this unity must be based in sound doctrine. That means no Babylonian doctrines allowed! Sound doctrine is independent of the creeds formulated by man, especially those that came from counterfeit church in Rome. Man made doctrines like the trinity, never ending hell fire, sunday keeping, unbiblical tongues, immortal soul, cross adoration or really any images, pagan holidays have no place in the Congregation of Jehovah. These pagan practices all came from Ancient Babylon of Nimrod fame and were adopted by the Catholic Church starting in 312 AD and passed down to much of Christianity and the world as a whole. The Great Whore having made the earth drink the wine (false doctrines) of her fornication (spiritual). The unity of the body of Christ must be based on Apostolic Christianity of which Jerusalem was the mother of all churches not Rome.
Another trap for denominations is the 501 C 3 tax exempt status. Why is this? Because in order to get a 501 C 3 tax exemption, churches have to agree to certain things that violate scripture. For example, oath taking as part of the 501 C 3 churches have to agree not to preach about certain subjects.
Matthew 5:34-37 (KJV)
34 But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne:
35 Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King.
36 Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black.
37 But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.
When Denominational leaders agree to the 501 C 3 mandates they have failed to follow the example of Peter and the apostles.
Acts 5:29 (KJV)
29 Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.
The 501 C 3 agreement says churches can't engage in hate speech or political issues. While on the surface, it would make sense that churches wouldn't preach hate or get involved in political affairs, it is a slippery slope as these two things can be interpreted in many ways by whoever is monitoring what the churches preach.
For example, speaking against homosexuality is being labeled hate speech these days, hence if a pastor speaks against it from the pulpit his church can be dinged by the IRS for hate speech. This is already happening and some churches have been threatened that their tax exempt status can be revoked of they don't cease preaching against homosexuality.
Do you ever wonder why all of a sudden very preachers and churches teach against homosexuality anymore? Do you think it's because they have a sudden change of heart? For some, yes! For others though it could be that they are afraid of losing their tax exempt status which means losing $$$$$. They have become lovers of money more than lovers of God.
2 Timothy 3:1-2 (ASV)
1 But know this, that in the last days grievous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, railers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
1 Timothy 6:10 (KJV)
10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
Do you see the above scripture? These pastors and denominational leaders who have chosen the love of this world and money over the truth of Jehovah's word have erred from the faith and have pierced themselves with many sorrows. At one time, preaching against homosexuality was acceptable as it fit the mainstream sensibilities of society. As homosexuality has not only become accepted but celebrated, it has been deemed hate speech to speak a word against it.
Now concerning politics, I do not think a church should get involved in political parties or advocating for a candidate. This is part of the 501 C 3 tax exemption agreement. Nonetheless, we as the body of Christ are not to allow the government to dictate what we preach on. Also, this is another slippery slope. Remember this part of the agreement can be used to come against those churches that teach prophecy and how the government's of this world are part of this Beast system of the last days. If the churches allow the government to silence them on this matter, then it effectively kills prophetic ministry. The church can talk all it wants about prophecy but unless it can name the players in it, then sheep will be in the dark.
Also the 501 3 C violates the separation of Church and State as Jesus taught.

17 And Jesus answering said unto them, Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's. And they marvelled at him.
In order to stay free from unbiblical associations, churches as a small price to pay should be willing to give Caesar taxes.
Unfortunately, instead of warning about the role governments will play in the persecution of the saints, the churches all too often endorse political candidates based on their own prejudices and fears. All a candidate has to do is say they are "Christian", much like the pagan emperor Constantine and the churches fall in love with them. See George Bush and Ronald Reagan for an example. These denominations are violating scripture by getting entangled in the affairs of this life and also causing their members to do the same:
2 Timothy 2:3-5 (KJV)
3 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
4 No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.
5 And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.
We are to be soldiers of Christ not of this world. A true soldier of Christ does entangle himself or herself in the corrupt world of politics. Just as a soldier of any army is not to concern himself with the matters back home as it would distract him from the task at hand. Christian denominations have even gone so far as to endorse and promote wars and even Christians fighting in them. This is a clear violation of what our Saviour Jesus taught.

36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

52 Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.
Matthew 5:43-48 (KJV)
43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?
47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?
48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
These advocates of war and Christians fighting in them, fail to teach their congregants Stephen's example wjen he was stoned.
Acts 7:54-60 (KJV)
54 When they heard these things, they were cut to the heart, and they gnashed on him with their teeth.
55 But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,
56 And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.
57 Then they cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears, and ran upon him with one accord,
58 And cast him out of the city, and stoned him: and the witnesses laid down their clothes at a young man's feet, whose name was Saul.
59 And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.
60 And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.
These promoters of war, whether they be pastors, theologians, denominational leaders, chaplains will answer to Jehovah God Almighty if they don't repent. Look at this sobering passage below:
Revelation 11:17-19 (KJV)
17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.
18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
19 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.
Yes war destroys the earth, can you imagine how many unbelievers were killed in our campaigns in Iraq? Many may have never had the chance to hear about our Lord Jesus Christ. You don't think Jehovah is mindful of these ones who were destroyed by so called Christians that promoted this war in Iraq? It's one thing for unbelievers to go to war and follow the orders of their government and we should pray for them and our leaders but to take part in it by killing is against what Jesus taught on how Christians were to love their enemy and that his Kingdom was not of this world.
You can either have a blind loyalty to your denomination or follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth! Following your denomination blindly will cause you to worship and take the mark of the beast thereby setting an appointment in the Lake of Fire for annihilation, whereas following the Lamb will grant you entrance into the Kingdom of Heaven (New Jerusalem) and the earth made new (Paradise).

1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.
2 And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps:
3 And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.
4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
5 And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.
